About the Program The School Based Youth Services (SBYS) program provides counseling services to public K-12 schools in Dubuque with master level therapists. These services include specialized counseling, psychotherapy, consultation, and evaluation in both individual and group settings. Your Responsibilities As a Therapist/SBYS, your principal role includes providing specialized counseling, psychotherapy, consultation and evaluation services to children and adolescents in a school based setting.
