Property Management Leasing Agent - (Santa Paula, CA)

Position details Looking for a Full-time employee for a Property Management company. Background a big plus. Must be multi-lingual Spanish speaking. Hours are Monday-Friday 9AM to 5PM. Every other weekend taking phones for office. Prospective employee needs A vehicle licensed and registered and properly insured. We take care of property in Santa Paula, Fillmore and Ventura. Duties would include: Answering tenant calls and taking care of walk ins. Taking tenant repair requests and following up that work has been completed. Doing move-in and move-out inspections. Qualify prospective tenants. Process applications. Show rental properties. Write up rental agreements. Update web sites. Answer email inquiries. Computer knowledge. Ms word. quicken. etc. Office is located in Santa Paula CA. $15.00 an hour during 3 mon trail period. Mileage reimbursement.
