Property Manager- PP-1 - (Meridian, ID)

HomeRiver Group is hiring for a Property Manager. The objective of this position is to maintain and manage property owner investments. The candidate should be comfortable managing on-site, be comfortable on the phone, have a strong work ethic, focused, have a friendly/welcoming personality, and the expertise to work in a dynamic, quick paced, team oriented environment. Duties and Responsibilities Handle property management functions for Residential (single-family/multi-family) properties Manage tenant and owner requests Address prospective tenants by answering/screening phone calls and in person inquiries Oversee property maintenance team Understand basic property maintenance issues related to building, parking lot, and landscaping Oversee basic property accounting needs (rent collection, invoicing, etc.) Knowledge and Skills Background using property management software Advanced background using Microsoft office suite applications
