Commercial Property Manager - (Morgan Hill, CA)

Position overview We are looking to add another licensed California Department of Real Estate Professional Commercial Property Manager to our TEAM The Commercial Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing and directing operations at multiple properties, including light industrial, retail shopping centers and office buildings. The role will be to manage the day-to-day operations of these properties, including maintenance, sweeping, lighting and custodial tasks, while interacting with tenants to collect and process payments, maintain lease agreements, process work orders and schedule and coordinated onsite inspections and preventative maintenance as needed. The Commercial Property Manager will also be required to visit the properties within their portfolio regularly. The role requires a high-level of organization and the expertise to successfully resolve customer service questions and provide a point of contact for tenants and building owners.
