On-Site Property Manager- F/T Position - (Inglewood, CA)

Position overview PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATES is seeking Multiple Property Manager's, Full-time- for multiple properties located in the Inglewood area. Multi- Site Managers will oversee a total of 3-5 properties averaging 75 units. Assignments include but not limited to: Daily operation of the property Oversee resident relations and maintenance personnel Supervise outside vendors Responsible for compliance with safety polices Rent collections Unit inspections Property inspections and upkeep Marketing and leasing vacant units Service of notices and all aspects of day to day management Comply with housing laws, rules and regulations Position qualifications: 2-4 yrs’ experience a plus Yardi Voyager a must Excellent verbal & writing skills Expertise to supervise & schedule maintenance staff & vendors Proficient with computers Proven expertise to market & lease apartments Thorough knowledge of Ms office Have effective organizational and multi-tasking skills Must be able to live on-site F/T Compensation- Full
