Position description We are a Beverly Hills Real Estate Developer in need of a strong Property Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team We have 30 commercial properties and still growing. Responsibilities: Oversee all tenant calls and lease administration Prepare leases, extensions, amendments, renewals, etc. A/P and A/R - banking deposits, payment of invoices, monthly loan payments, etc. Handle new purchases by assisting with escrow documents Manage property sales/leasing - handle all relevant paperwork and documentation Oversee vendors, maintenance, security, and engineering Perform property walks and inspections of vacant suites Develop the day-to-day relations with tenants - become the "face" of our company Calculate and handle CAM billing Customer move ins and outs Insurance verification Create and review monthly general ledger, financials
