Security Guard - (Detroit, MI)

Job summary Job Summary: Our client is seeking experienced security guards. Under general supervision, unarmed Security Officers are responsible for protecting the site’s building, grounds, assets, employees, patients and visitors against criminal activity, accidents, fires and natural disasters, as well as providing outstanding customer service. Positions in Romulus , Detroit , and Surrounding areas. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Must provide excellent customer service when dealing with Visitors, Customers, Employees, Co-Workers, etc. • Manage posts – this may include building lobbies or reception areas. • Monitor surroundings while driving the patrol car • Conduct hourly foot patrol of interior and exterior to check entrances, doors, windows and vents are locked and secure against break-ins (includes climbing stairs). • Ensure unauthorized persons do not enter restricted areas. • Maintain access control of visitors during/or after normal visiting hours.
