Quality Coordinator - (Pasadena, TX)

Job details SUMMARY STATEMENT: As the Quality Coordinator, your principal role will be to facilitate the petrochemical facilities Customer Complaint Process and to provide data analysis on both product quality and supply reliability complaints. In this role, you will coordinate the complaint process from beginning to end, facilitating communications, investigation, reporting, and follow up between facility's Sales Representative, and facility's Technical Center. Quality Coordinator corresponds and acts as primary contact for complaint investigation and resolution with facility's Customer Service, Supply Chain and Logistics, Manufacturing/Process Engineering, Applications Lab, and Analytical counterparts, as well as partner companies providing service to facility.
