Position overview Aquent's Fortune 50 client is looking for a Content Designer/UX Writer to work a 1-year assignment with strong potential to extend, on-location for 40 hours/week, in San Jose OR San Francisco CA. ?Responsibilities: Develop informational and instructional UX copy Pull data utilizing SQL to inform content strategy Clearly define the service delivery strategy to position the Client as an industry innovator in customer service background, with the enabling capabilities and infrastructure at scale Drive service design and delivery vision, strategy, qualifications gathering and execution for the customer background. Partner closely with Product, functional business unit(s) and other key stakeholders to deliver a differentiated background.
