Position details POSITION PURPOSE : This position works within dispatch with the purpose of preparing route paperwork and proof of delivery documents prior to departure of routes. Then when a route is complete they are responsible for reconciling all route paperwork and proof of delivery documents with the driver. They also are responsible for the reconciliation of all payments received from customers on the routes. KEY FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES: Preparation of POD documents for routes Preparation of Route Manifests and route packet CCL Proof of delivery processing Print all CCL Bill of Ladings and review for accuracy Correct pallet quantities and amounts as needed Match the outgoing BOL’s to the receiving documents from the warehouse.
