Job summary We are the largest residential HVAC service company in Michigan and are looking for additional members to join our team (We are 99% residential service/existing homes). Looking for only A Players Our chosen applicant looks like Customer service, communication abilities, and some mechanical aptitude a must. No HVAC experience necessary - we will provide training Must be able to produce neat, clean, and tidy work. Quick, efficient and organized a must No visible tattoos- they must be covered at work (ie. long sleeves, etc) Very clean cut a must, positive attitude mandatory Exceptional team player; fun, energetic, goal oriented, optimistic (Excuses, whining and blaming not accepted on our team). Strong customer service/communication and interpersonal skills, very genuine and personable a must Exceptional Rep; intuitive, hard working, fast, efficient, no problem wearing uniform, willing to learn our system
