Customer Service and Sales Representative - (Pleasanton, CA)

Position description We are not recruiting new agents. Rather, we are looking to hire an additional staff person for our agency to assist with servicing our current customer's needs and also promote sales of new lines of business to those customers. Experience working in an agency is preferred. Current insurance license also preferred. Experience working for a Farmers insurance agency highly desired. Process documents and computer transactions. Follow company guidelines and underwriting procedures as required to complete transactions.
