POSITION DETAILS This position will support tools used on an enterprise wide basis for the sales organization. This includes contributing to system development lifecycle and consulting with end users to evaluate business qualifications and create solutions. Fundamental Components: Evaluate business qualifications and prepare functional, technical and quality specifications for department Web programming initiatives. - Perform data analysis to define business rules using in-depth knowledge of databases and healthcare data. - Collaborate together with business contacts, systems analysts, developers and project management groups. BACKGROUND/Background wanted: 6+ years background in application development or an equivalent combination of education and work background. Ability with C#, .Net and javascript, Sql Server and DB2 databases and the systems development life-cycle, applicable to development organization.
