Position description We are seeking a Paralegal to become a part of our team You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs. Responsibilities: Prepare files for Post-Judgment litigation and settlement on behalf of debtor-defendants. Receive, examine and evaluate new and complex cases Conduct research to support legal proceedings Assist with the drafting and reviewing of motions and pleadings Investigate facts to help with negotiation Record and store client details ?
