Job details The VMI IT Technician supports the VMI programs as a “Field Ops” network and computer technician over onsite and offsite Autocrib installations. This position is dedicated to maintaining onsite VMI Autocrib networks, Autocrib hardware and assisting with new VMI installations. This position doubles as a customer support and replenishment function working directly between sales and operations for new customer qualifications and installs. JOB ASSIGNMENTS: · Maintain required service levels for “up time” to on site Autocrib network and computer hardware support. · Maintain Network Communications for VMI customer Autocrib installations. · Responsible for all “IT” related aspects of customer launches including hardware and software components. · Work with the VMI department on all new Autocrib installations. New launch team, spreadsheet, database installation, database updating, and database modifications. · Serves as the Technical field ops support for Autocrib hardware/software.
