PURPOSE STATEMENT The Buyer - Materials Planner will maximize customer service and production efficiency through effective management of the production procurement, and raw materials management process for the assigned facilities, while focusing efforts on productivity, efficiency, and lowest total delivered cost. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES Optimize working capital costs of raw materials, conversion, and finished goods while achieving desired customer service objectives in support of supply chain initiatives, S&OP Process and company profitability plans.
