Home Care Coordinator Bilingual (English/Haitian Creole Speaking) - (Spring Valley, NY)

Position overview New York Health Care, Inc. now in our 35th year of operation is seeking a full-time HHA coordinator / field staff supervisor for immediate hire. Excellent opportunity in our high energy and growing Spring Valley office. Job responsibilities : Bi-lingual in English/ Haitian Creole Previous home care coordination background Expertise to multi-task, think on your feet and prioritize in a demanding office environment Effective communication and people skills Knowledge of Ms office and Windows operating system Knowledge of HHA exchange software preferred Responsibilities to include: Schedule paraprofessionals (HHA/PCA) to ensure patients are being serviced Communicate with and work with patients to ensure quality of service Build and maintain relationships with contracts to grow business Revolving on-call duties to be split with other coordinators Update all schedule and coverage changes in the software system for accurate billing/ payroll Compensation : Competitive pay & benefits program
