Potential to earn added commissions for home showings and property maintenance projects. We are a Phoenix Arizona based property management company specializing in Mobile Home and RV parks. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM WANTED. Candidates (team of 2) should be self-motivated, responsible and able to multi-task. Outstanding communication expertise and willing to embrace technology. Position : Park Maintenance/Manager Daily Duties of the job include: • Enforcing park rules and regulations according to the property manager manual. • Performing screening of prospective tenants. • Accepting and processing RV reservations. • Creation of clean-up and parking notices.
