Job details We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our busy property management team. You will perform clerical and administrative functions to drive company success. Responsibilities: · Draft correspondence to tenants and homeowners · Plan and schedule appointments · Greet and assist onsite guests · Answer inbound telephone calls · Post and deposit payments · Match and batch vendor bills and payments · Schedule, track and follow up on maintenance requests · Filing · Assist with special projects for ownership Requirements: · Previous background in office administration · Expertise to prioritize and multitask · Strong written and spoken communication abilities · Strong attention to detail · Strong management skills · Microsoft office suite · Accounting/Bookkeeping background a plus
