Job details 1 of the most highly respected independent brokers in the Chicagoland area has a limited number of positions available for IL Licensed Real Estate Broker-associates working as Independent Contractors who are interested in expanding their career in real estate with immediate interest in learning and working with residential new construction. Immediate activities will involve selling new construction properties; listing and selling existing property, with a high priority on client service, ethical business practices and concentration on developing a referral-based business. Requires valid IL license in good standing, memberships in local Association and NAR, expertise to operate independently, creativity and a personal drive to succeed through service. Good organization and technical skills a plus. New or experienced brokers will be considered. two Broker-associate and one licensed/buyer assistant position available. Commission and/or compensation package commensurate with background.
