If so we want to talk with you We are looking to hire a Warehouse Lead to work at a quick paced distribution warehouse in Blythewood SC. The perfect candidate will have worked in a similar role and be able to work alongside their team processing freight. first shift Lead: Shift hours are Monday through Friday 6:30am - 3:30pm with Weekends and Holidays required as scheduled. second shift Lead: Shift hours are Monday through Friday 10:30pm - 7:30am with Weekends and Holidays required as scheduled. What will you be doing? You'll be doing daily check-ins for shift start-up ensuring daily headcount qualifications met training employees coaching and counseling employees working along side employees to ensure client production qualifications are met and do daily reporting.
