Warehouse Supervisor - (Portsmouth, VA)

Position summary Join our team and work for 1 of the largest coffee companies in North America We're looking for a leader who will supervise a great team within our main distribution facility. As Warehouse Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the execution of our direct sales deliveries for our branded and private label products, as well as the integrity of our physical inventories while ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation and reporting of all warehouse transactions. This includes budget management and executing department programs as they relate to our strategic initiatives. Other areas of responsibility include: Establishing, maintaining, and promoting high standards of customer service Executing against standards of our performance goals Adhering to current policies and ensuring proper and uniform administration of its provisions to your team Maintaining departmental programs which assures full compliance with Federal and State warehouse safety and sanitation standards Maintaining sanitation
