Position summary Quality Engineer This position is responsible for leading quality improvement activities throughout the organization as it pertains to product quality. This position reports directly to the VP of Quality. Top Reasons to Work with Us Great pay, great benefits and career growth What You Will Be Doing -Investigate suspected parts and non-conformances. -Actively work with the internal MRB team. -Assist manufacturing with troubleshooting and improving manufacturing processes. -Lead and participate in Kaizen events. -Hold Quality Review Board (QRB) meetings. -Maintain quality metrics including PPM, DPU and squawk data. -All employees are responsible for the quality of their work and implementation of the policy and procedures applicable to processes they perform. -Has authority to stop any production order for quality or safety concerns.
