Job details Island is seeking a full time Quality Control Inspector . Job details Responsible for the implementation of quality standards and testing procedures for steel framing, steel parts, aluminum parts. Perform QC testing, record keeping, welding inspections. Must be capable of reading and understanding steel fabrication drawings. Must be able to measure parts, bent shapes, and overall steel framing dimensions accurately. Required responsibilities: Collaborate with production department to make sure the quality standards are clearly understood by all production engineers and technicians. Regularly report product quality details and feedback to management team and production team for company quality improvement. Willingness to learn a basic understanding and use of machine operations in steel work facility. Expertise to accurately inspect welds. Measure parts and steel framing based on fabrication drawings. Maintain quality records and report accurate and complete details in reports daily.
