VA Data Quality Analyst - (Richmond, VA)

Job description: The Data Quality Analyst provides project oversight including initiation, identification and completion of key deliverables to ensure all business objectives are met. With supervision, develops tactical plans to satisfy internal program details needs. Researches, manipulates and prepares complex data to document program activities and reports on its results. Provides oversight to data quality and provides feedback to various areas in order to improve service delivery and enhancement to design efforts. Job assignments: Provides coaching and mentoring; may be a mentor to others. Defines, identifies, develops and implements details products to support strategic business and operational planning. Provides workgroup support on projects. Analyzes complex data for trends, highlights in-depth interpretations and provides in-depth root cause analysis. Translates complex data into constructive data and info and makes recommendations. Creates complex queries, does technical report/programming.
