Position summary I DJ NOW is growing again and we're seeking inside E-Commerce Sales Reps to assist our great customers as well as build great relationships with new customers from all across the country. If you have previous sales background with DJ Gear, Lighting effects or Pro Audio you've found the right place. Grow with us We'll train you too We're looking for people with a passion for music and gear. People who can listen to our customer's needs and educate them with selecting the right products. People who can be empathetic to our customers ( treat them like family) as well as be driven for success. Typical Day Handling incoming sales calls Answering customer questions via telephone, email and web chat Offering advice on products Educating customers on proper choices Assisting sales team Training on new products and technology Required: Knowledge and passion for Audio, DJ Gear, Lighting effects Prior sales background (min one year) Multilingual Spanish, super plus We Offer: Great salaries
