Job summary I DJ NOW is growing again and we're seeking inside E-Commerce Sales Reps to assist our great customers as well as build great relationships with new customers from all across the country. If you have previous sales background with DJ Gear, Lighting effects or Pro Audio you've found the right place. People who can be empathetic to our customers ( treat them like family) as well as be driven for success. Typical Day Handling incoming sales calls Answering customer questions via telephone, email and web chat Offering advice on products Educating customers on proper choices Assisting sales team Training on new products and technology Required: Knowledge and passion for Audio, DJ Gear, Lighting effects Prior sales background (min 1yr) Bi-lingual Spanish, super plus We Offer: Great salaries, plus commissions
