Senior Accountant - (Blue Ash, OH)

Job details Summary: This position reports directly to the Manager, Financial Shared Services (FSS). The Senior Accountant supports the month-end close process and preparation of financial statements in accordance to U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (“GAAP”) by adhering to the timelines of the monthly close cycle, strong internal controls over financial reporting, and all corporate financial policies and practices. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Supports the Manager, Financial Shared Services and Chief Accounting Officer with the integrity of recorded transactions and the reported financial results of the company. To ensure reported financial results adhere to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (“GAAP”), assists with the interpretation of “GAAP” as it applies to LSI and as it relates to its business practices and processes.
