Job details Location: Doylestown, PA Salary: Open Description: Judge Healthcare is currently seeking a Payroll Analyst for 1 of our clients near Doylestown, PA. Permanent Placement This job will have the following responsibilities: Weekly payroll processing, including computing wage and overtime payments, calculating and recording payroll deductions, entering hours, and preparing payroll reports. Processes garnishments and levies, calculates military and jury duty pay, and prepares general ledger entries Prepares weekly and monthly payroll tax filings for Federal, State and local governmental entities Files 940, 941 and State Unemployment reports. Assists with preparation of yearly governmental filings Maintains limits on 401K plans in payroll system. Handles the completion of all external audit requirements. Understands Labor laws related to payroll. Requirements & Requirements: AS in Accounting, preferred.
