Building Engineer III - (Atlanta, GA)

Position description Jamestown (www.jamestownlp.com) is recruiting for a Building Engineer III to join our commercial property management team in Atlanta. The Engineer III assists with the maintenance and operation of all mechanical equipment, appliances, building-related systems, and routine general maintenance at a mixed-use property. This position works closely with other Engineers under the supervision of the Chief Engineer and may lead entry level engineers on various projects. MIN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : Education and Background: High-school diploma or equivalent; and 3 to 4 yrs of progressively responsible related skills in a commercial property, tenant management setting; or Any combination of education, training and background which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the required functions of the job. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS : Perform scheduled maintenance and building repairs, including equipment testing, and preventative maintenance.
