Asphalt Paving Foreman - (Wilkes-Barre, PA)

Position summary We are hiring for an Asphalt Paving Foreman for the Hazleton, PA area. This job will be in a supervisory role, managing all phases of a paving operation such as maintenance of equipment, employees, and distribution of product. Job candidates must have at least 5 years. supervisory background and strong communication expertise. We are offering a highly competitive compensation and benefits program. Job responsibilities: five years or more of applicable supervisory background Responsible for implementing environmental, health and safety regulations and policies (local, state and government). Must keep equipment serviced, lubricated, and in good working order, including good housekeeping. Responsible for planning, organizing and coordination of daily activities and work assignments for your team. Must have a basic knowledge of abilities and limitations in all applications. Expertise to recognize potential problems before breakdowns occur.
