Job overview Estimator for General Contractor – Start Immediately Doublejack Inc. is looking for an experienced, well-qualified construction Estimator, familiar with excavations, concrete, asphalt and electrical installation. Doublejack is a General Contractor Company that specializes in Dry Underground Utility installation. Experience with APS and SRP is helpful, but not required. We are looking for the right individual to join our team and become part of our family, to help us as we continue to grow going forward in the future. Scope of work: Review plans, create and maintain relevant project and jobsite forms and files Schedule, coordinate, review and process sub-contracts, change orders, ASI’s and RFI’s Enforce compliance with Company Policies & Procedures when on job site Attend on site progress meetings with subcontractors, and owners, as necessary Conduct site visits to on-going project when necessary Coordinate projects plans, specifications, Owner Contract, subcontracts, purchase orders
