Reporting to the Credit and Collections Manager, this person will be responsible for research and resolution of customer short-payments and disputed invoices. This job necessitates detailed transaction research, analytical abilities, and documentation of actions taken including phone calls to customers, sales personnel, logistics companies, and others as appropriate. This person may also compile aggregate statistics on short-payments and disputes for use by the company in identifying patterns and improving overall customer service.
