Field Service Technician - (Waukesha, WI)

Position description Applied Spectrometry Associates, Inc . located in Waukesha WI, is the manufacturer of the ChemScan product line, a leader in the online analysis of water chemistry for the past 10 yrs. With continued growth, especially in our service group we are looking to expand our team. ASA, Inc has an immediate opening for a Waukesha based Applications and Field Service Engineer/Technician. Responsibilities: · Installation, calibration and training of online water analysis instrumentation. · Coordinate with site contractors to ensure successful equipment installation. · Telephone support for existing customers. · Manage customer database and use details for service/reagent business development · Contribute to the advancement of current sample handling and filtration systems. · Contribute to the development and field testing of new analysis equipment. Qualifications: · The preferred applicant will have a strong technical experience with good mechanical and electrical skills.
