We are a 100% customer focused Sales & Marketing company whose products vary from media, electronics, new technology innovations, cables and energy efficient lighting. The Senior Customer Service Rep is responsible for the following daily functions: · Order entry, order status & tracking updates, billing prep · Source product & provide quotes · Responsible for customer communication via phone & email · Build & maintain customer relationships · Provide daily updates to sales force on open orders · Work with vendors on the hottest new products & develop ways to implement into current sales · Other duties as
