DESCRIPTION The overall responsibility of this position is to provide excellent inside sales and customer support to the iAutomation customers, to efficiently and effectively process a full range of customer requests and orders, and to support the outside sales efforts to service the customer. Build and cultivate relationships with internal and external customers including understanding and interpreting their needs and expectations.
