Account Services Representative - (Tempe, AZ)

Job details Purpose of the Job - build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, as well as working closely with production to achieve financial growth and profitability. Critical functions - 1. Establish and maintain business relationships with customers; work together with suppliers and customers to better understand and meet their individual needs & requirements 2. Responsible for responding to and managing customer related issues including customer scheduled orders, expedites, corrective actions and finished good design changes 3. Provide feedback to management and production regarding customer needs and concerns 4. Provide support to production and office personnel 5. General Office duties to include filing, answering phones and assisting visitors.
