Job summary Job Description This is a Part Time position that can lead to Full-time. Weekly Hours: Hours and days may vary to include evenings and weekends. Varies based on employee and company need Requirements needed: High-school degree (or equivalent) and or 1yr experience working with people with developmental disabilities. They must pass a experience investigation (prior to employment) They also must obtain the following when hired: Possess and maintain current CPR/1st aid certifications Clean DMV record Proof of insurance Safe vehicle Pass a Experience investigation Critical functions: Uphold the company’s vision and mission statement. Provide direct services to the clients we serve. Documentation completed accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain confidentiality. Punctual, Flexible, reliable, adaptable, creative, trust worthy, Strong communication, professional. Excellent time management. Follow the employee manual and guidelines. Maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.
