Position description We are seeking a Training Coordinator to become an integral part of our team You will design and conduct training programs to improve individual and organizational performance. Responsibilities: Implement in-person and electronic training programs focused on individual performance Develop training initiatives and strategies to improve organizational performance Maintain training checklists and records Conduct new hire orientation sessions Survey employees and managers to determine training needs and desired results Requirements: Previous background in training, automotive, or other related fields Background with 12V low power installations and wiring diagrams Expertise to build rapport with trainees Superior written and oral communication expertise Strong presentation skills Travel requirements up to 50% Company Description PassTime GPS has been in business for more than 25 yrs in the global transportation industry.
