Position description ASSISTANT MANAGER/BANQUET MANAGER for established casual/fine dining restaurant opening a new location in Fogelsville, Pennsylvania. Applicant should have 5 yrs background in restaurant management and event planning. Assignments include contacting potential clients, planning events, and organizing staff for events. Must have background in menu planning and food costs. Applicant must be knowledgeable in wine and wine service, and must be Serve Safe and RAMP or TIPS certified. Additional duties would include managing FOH staff. Applicant must possess strong customer service skills. Full-time position would include benefits program with health benefits.
