Job overview Senior Project Manager: This position necessitates background in understanding building codes, zoning and the NYC approval process. We are seeking someone who is a self starter, and good communicator who wants to join a team that works on the leading building projects in NYC. This position includes, reviewing plans for code/zoning compliance; meeting with clients and the project team over the life of a construction/development project.
