Multi-lingual (Spanish / English) applicants are encouraged to apply Requisition # 40098 Employment Type Full time Job Class SUPERVISOR FLSA Exempt Job details The Supervisor of Supplemental Staffing will oversee the daily operations of the Direct Admit Unit at GMMC and the clinical employees in the resource staffing pool. The Supervisor monitors the use of fiscal and human resources to ensure the efficiency of department services, as well as the use of temporary personnel across the hospital system. The Supervisor oversees the deployment of resource staff across the hospital sytem and works closely with Administration and Central Bed Management to promote patient flow. The Supervisor also coordinates the Patient Observation program on the GMMC campus by monitoring assisgnments and employee performance in order to maintain patient safety, quality assurance and a customer service focus.
