Payroll & HR Generalist - Part Time - (Irvine, CA)

Job Description Position description: Process weekly payroll, including processing time cards/revisions, final and special pay requests. Maintain payroll and department data Ensure compliance with approved and regulatory processes. Recruitment, on-boarding new hires, coordinate drug screening, employee training (including temporary staff). Manage Temporary staff recruiting as needed Manage Health, Dental, Vision and 401K benefits and Open Enrollment Work together with Controller on HR issues. Process employee experience and physical paperwork Maintain employee files Audit payroll reports monthly for insurance eligibility Track training paperwork Maintain ACA reporting Maintain OSHA documentation Backup phones as needed Updates spreadsheet and documentation as required Filing as needed Research as needed Coordinate Company events Report DE 34’s to EDD monthly Other duties as requested by Controller or President Skills: Must have HR Generalist Certification, PHR
