Position summary This MILWAUKEE-AREA law firm is looking for an attorney who specializes in estate planning and probate matters for their well-established law firm. The right applicant will have ability in these areas and will be able to handle complex cases that deal with matters such as succession planning, business ownership/succession, and running formal probates. The firm is flexible on the business development/client facing aspect of this position as long as the applicant has the knowledge and background to handle the estate planning/probate process. Job responsibilities: A JD degree License to practice law in Wisconsin (or eligibility for admission to the bar) five years of background with estate planning AND probate law Background with the state of Wisconsin’s process for probate matters highly preferred Ability to find creative ways to navigate complex cases Strong follow-through Competent, knowledgeable, and thorough This firm offers great flexibility and a collaborative environment.
