Position details RESIDENTIAL YOUTH COUNSELORS NEEDED - ALL SHIFTS SUMMARY The Residential Youth Counselor (RYC) plays a key role in transforming the lives and futures of the young people who live on JCCA’s campus, by building positive and trusting relationships with youth, while keeping them safe and supported by their peers in a therapeutic environment. With many opportunities for professional training and growth, this position is ideal for individuals seeking a comprehensive, foundational position in behavioral health, as well as for those with previous work caring for youth in a residential setting. The Residential Treatment Campus is located in Pleasantville, NY and has (5) distinctive programs which provide intensive support to children with severe emotional and behavioral challenges.
