Position summary Job Description Block Institute is seeking a Job Coach who can provide direct assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities in supported employment settings. Requirements: HS Diploma or equivalent Clean and valid NYS driver’s license required Work Includes travel and adjustable hours Background with individuals with developmental disabilities in a vocational/employment setting Essential Job assignments and Responsibilities : include the following. Other duties may be assigned: Develop work opportunities and strategies for acquiring and maintaining employment. Assess the individual’s skills and effectiveness in conjunction with their expertise to function in the community.
