Job details Accounts Receivable Associate SBS, headquartered in Agawam, MA that is a fastener distributor. We have multiple locations in the US, Canada, Mexico, Taiwan and Finland. We are a rapidly growing company and looking for individuals that are looking to grow with us Position assignments and Key functions: The main job function of this role is accounts receivable which includes: Preparing and posting daily deposits Collections of payments due from customers Processing invoices, credit memos Enter/process new customer accounts and file documents Accounts payable knowledge would be helpful for this role as well: Accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices for proper payment Investigate/resolve problems with processing of invoices and purchase orders Company Description Our main facility is located in Agawam, MA. We have facilities across the US in Wisconsin and California. Internationally we have locations in Canada, Mexico, Finland and Taiwan.
