Body Shop Supervisor - Northern Ohio Peterbilt - (New Philadelphia, OH)

Job overview Maintain a professional well-trained staff. Build and support good customer relations. Build and support good relationships with technicians and other departments. Meet or exceed departmental revenue and expense goals. Provide leadership in attaining dealership goals. Will interacts with Parts Manager, Warranty Manager and Sales Managers. Prepare estimates for incoming jobs. Work with insurance adjusters to determine required repair practices on each job. Create, update and close repair orders. Organize and provide daily supervision of department personnel. Determine and provide adequate level of staffing and arrange for or provide required personnel training. Monitor repair practices in the shop to ensure productivity, efficiency and optimize labor sales. Must monitor and direct maintenance of service tools, equipment and facilities to ensure compliance with workplace standards of cleanliness and safekeeping.
