Maintenance Specialist - (Baraboo, WI)

Position details Responsible for the custodial maintenance services of the interior and exterior of the facility which ultimately enhances every interaction for our guests and employees, customer service is our top priority for both internal and external guests. Provide custodial and maintenance services for the safety, cleanliness, comfort, and well-being of workers and guests at the facility. Safely operate tools, equipment, and vehicles as necessary to complete assigned tasks. Perform and record results of preventative maintenance duties as assigned. Promote positive public and employee relations. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Superior written and people skills. Must be able to bend. stoop, stand, and walk. Expertise to lift up to 50 pounds. on a regular basis. Maintain compliance with the Ho-Chunk Nation's Occupational Safety and Health Program Act of 2002. Maintain confidentiality. Min Requirements High-school diploma or equivalent, GED. 1 to 2yrs of general maintenance background.
