HVAC Service Technician - (Greenwood, IN)

Position description Full-time, Residiential / Light commercial service technician. - no sales required, hourly position. Average $60-$80K annually, based on requirements, and background level. Growing Indy based HVAC service and retrofit company seeking an experienced service tech to grow with company. We are a upbeat company with a team atmosphere. You must have mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills in RTU, and split HVAC systems. Candidate must have a least 5 yrs field background in the HVAC service business. This position will require a 40 hr work week with overtime as required. The qualified technician joining our team must have the following skills: • Strong HVAC troubleshooting skills • Expertise to read and understand wiring diagrams • Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff and coworkers • Maintain professional appearance.
